Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the cybertechnology.in website and any service engagement with CT Cyber Defence Ltd ("we", "our", "us"). By using this site you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide managed Security Operations Center (SOC), Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), threat hunting, incident response, cloud security, compliance consulting, dark web monitoring, digital forensics, and security awareness training. Specific service scope is defined in your individual Service Agreement.
2. Engagement & Pricing
Indicative pricing is shown on the website and is subject to scoping. Final pricing is set in a written Service Agreement. Plans are typically month-to-month with no long-term lock-in unless agreed otherwise.
3. Service Level Agreements
- Availability: 99.97% platform uptime target.
- MTTR: 4.2 minute average mean-time-to-respond on critical alerts.
- IR response: Enterprise tier guarantees <1 hour critical incident response.
SLAs are formalised per engagement.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use this site or our services to:
- Conduct unauthorised security testing of any third party.
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, honeypots, or other protective measures.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data without written permission.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement (including but not limited to network architecture, vulnerabilities, incident details, business data) confidential indefinitely. A standalone NDA is signed before all paid engagements.
6. Liability
Cybersecurity is a shared responsibility. While we apply industry best practices, no security service can guarantee 100% protection. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any single incident is limited to the fees paid for the 3 months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a month-to-month engagement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend service immediately for material breach (non-payment, illegal use, attempted compromise of our systems).
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, code, detection rules, and methodologies remain the property of CT Cyber Defence Ltd. Client environment data and configurations remain the property of the client.
9. Governing Law
UK clients: governed by the laws of England and Wales. India and international clients: governed by the laws of India unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement.
